We will gladly accept your return for a refund (shipping cost not included in refund) or exchange/replacement within 7 business days. However there is no refund after order has been already place via credit/debit or paypal, even if you decide to change your mind about the product. Refunds/exchange/replacement are only for lost items or damaged items.
Before returning the item you must follow these steps:
1) Email us right away (within 3 days of receiving the product)
2) Explain in email your situation (damaged, lost etc)
3) If damaged or item looks very different then send us pictures of area of damaged or why it looks different (however almost all of the items are true to the pictures).
4) If approved we will ask you to ship it back to us, address will be sent in the email (we must receive the item within 7 days from the initial email).
5) As soon as we receive the item we will give you a refund/exchange/replacement on the item minus the shipping cost.
6) If your item was lost or hasn’t arrived within 9 weeks. We will check on your order via tracking number and cancel it and give you a full refund including shipping or we can reorder it for you again with no extra cost and give you a discount on your next order.
Returned items must meet these requirements:
We only accept return items for items that are lost in transit, damaged, wrong item was delivered or item doesn’t look like photos at all.
If you are approved to return,return items within 7 business days of receipt of receiving your order and/or initial email inquiry. Items must be in unworn condition, unwashed, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box if any. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange.
Non-returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, mask, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits, bras, and underwear.
Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the items back to Jayah’s and for re-shipping for exchanges.
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
